Hi, I’m Lucy, and I am the Front Desk Receptionist at Lakeside Family Therapy. With over eight years of experience in healthcare, including roles as a CNA, ophthalmic technician, Health Unit Clerk, and receptionist. I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals and families through many different stages of care, including memory care, assisted living, and hospital settings, during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
As the first point of contact, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. I understand that reaching out for help can be hard, and I’m here to make that first step feel a little easier.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and children, making floral arrangements/bouquets, cooking authentic Mexican meals, and staying active through different sports.
